Protask

O r g a n i z a t i o n  ( S e r v i c e  P ro v i d e r )
Select the “Organization” field and the user's associated options appear in a drop-down box. User then scrolls through and selects the organization they wish to submit a Protask to.

S e r v i c e  C h a n n e l
Select the “Service Channel” field and the organization and user’s options will appear in a drop-down box. The user scrolls through and selects the channel they require support with.

Select the “Service” field and the organization and user’s options will appear in a drop-down box. The user scrolls through and selects the service they require support with.

R e f e r e n c e  N u m b e r
The customer can add any type of alpha numeric value into the reference field by tapping the "Reference#" field and entering the information.

C o m m e n t s
The customer can add comments to provide detail on what their specific needs are by tapping the "Comments" field and entering text into the dailogue box.

A t t a c h m e n t s
By tapping the "Attachments" the customer can add a picture or file from their library or take a photo to complete their Protask.

Once the Customer has added all the information associated with their Protask they tap "Submit" and it is sent.
